It is a new energy vehicle company that integrates the development, production and sales of new energy vehicles and automotive components. On July 17, 2019, the Renault Group and Jiangling Group announced the formal establishment of a joint venture to further promote the strategic layout of the two parties in the Chinese new energy vehicle market. Renault Group increased its capital of 1 billion yuan, officially becoming a shareholder of Jiangling Group New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., with 50%of its equity.
